I booked my today's Journey ticket in 22301 Howrah NJP VANDE BHARAT using " RailOne App" which was much smooth then previous experience. The interface was much user friendly & convenient. Also Helped me to avoid queues to book ticket. Great experience with VB @drmhowrah

On board catering service was always on time . From morning tea to lunch , each and every meal was given on time. The quality of food have improved from before. On board Staff were co-operative @drmhowrah (4/4)

The train was shunted well in advance at the platform along with proper prior announcement for the ease of passengers. The exterior of the train highly maintained by @drmhowrah giving a premium look to the premium Train of Indian railways (3/4)

I request out Honble CM @SuvenduWB Sir to please visit North Bengal Dental College & Medical College ( both ) and give s thorough inspection on the basic requirement. The dental college provide oral health services to entire North Bengal. I think It will be given priority
