📢 Update: ​The 2026 Canadian Organic Standards (COS) are set for publication at the end of March! ​As the Canadian General Standards Board finalizes the wording, here is what you need to know to stay compliant: ​𝟭-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Operators have one year from the publication date to update their organic plans. ​𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘀: Join the Organic Federation of Canada (OFC) this April for deep dives into the changes: ​April 8 (12 PM ET): Organic Plan, Crop & Greenhouse Production ​April 9 (1 PM ET): Permitted Substances (Crops) ​April 10 (1 PM ET): Livestock, Insects & Apiculture ​Stay tuned for registration links and a series of explanatory articles from the OFC coming soon. ​#OrganicStandards #CdnAg #OrganicFarming #Sustainability #OFC #ProCert
