@ProFlowersCS awful job. Ordered my flowers on Sunday, 11/2 to be delivered today, 11/5 got our 20th anniversary. I normally just buy flowers but wanted to surprise my wife at work. Pancetta for delivery before 2:00. Flowers did not arrive. $100 down the drain

@ProFlowersCS I ordered a lovely bouquet for my daughter for National Daughters Day. The email said they were delivered but she never received them and the order numbers do not match. Clearly there has been a mistake. I am on hold with the 800 number right now.

@alltookaitlyn Hello Kaitlyn, The flowers that are shipped in a box via UPS/Fedex should come wrapped in plastic and held together with an elastic band, as well as wet foam to keep them fresh. This is done anytime of the year.
