Yes, you’re correct .. but it’s more complicated than people think. The court might rule it a lawful self-defense shooting, but it’s not automatically granted like a lot of folks assume. I’ve been watching Chud’s streams the last couple weeks and all I kept thinking was: someone’s gonna punch him, Chud’s gonna shoot, and he’ll act like his self-defense claim is ironclad. It’s not 😬. What he’s doing is legally risky as hell. Just because you get punched first doesn’t mean you won’t still catch 25+ years for homicide. Straight-up stupid gamble.
