If you really deep dive into Tottenham and how we've ended up in this position in the league, it truly is one of the single biggest disgraces to football ever You have to think, luxury state of the art stadium and training facilities, one of the most profitable clubs in the World, one of the richest in the World too. Off the back of European glory, a club rich in trophies. A club which did actually have its very own brand of football, attacking with flair, a club which got to a champions league final just 7 years ago, a club that had Harry Kane in its palm, crying for support around him to make the club truly elite... Instead, Vinai, Lange, Vivienne, Charrington, Levy, Joe, ENIC, all of them chose to focus on profitability and sustainability over success on the pitch. All of them neglected their duty of care to the club. They chose to penny pinch, to further inflate the bank account of ENIC by creating a stadium for NFL, for concerts, for go karting, to make it an entertainment venue, rather than invest properly in talent to improve the football club which is what we are We had Vinai and Lange, even up til the eve of the sacking of Thomas Frank, still believing that Thomas Frank was the right man for the job and Frank only lost his job because the Lewis family intervened. The level of incompetence between Lange and Vinai is unrivalled We now sit on the brink of relegation, where we will lose the majority of our top stars and whos the ones to pay the price for relegation, ENIC, Lange, Vinai? No of course not, it'll be us fans. Vinai and ENIC balance the books by selling everyone with substantial value to their name, and once they balance their books, do they realign the way they manage the club? Not a chance We will still he paying for tickets which will be more expensive than half of the Premier league teams next season, we will still see a neglect in the transfer window where we are signing players we've never heard of or players with potential hoping they can hit the ground running in th Championship. There will be no change With the right owners, we wouldnt find ourselves in such a mess this season. Key decisions would be made, 2 years in a row fighting relegation, alarm bells should have been ringing the end of last season but instead, we sign just Kudus and Simons to help us improve on a 17th place finish A "big club" like ours, signing just 2 players in the summer window. Did we learn from our mistakes even then? No of course not because we were then slipping intona relegation fight in January, and we sell Johnson, and sign another Centre Mid and a young left back. Where was the left winger from the summer we was chasing? Where was all this supposed money the Lewis family had for us to compete on all 4 fronts? Its staggering. Ive never known any board at any club to talk as much smack as our board does. Theyre not even just unfit to run Tottenham, theyre unfit to run ANY football club in the World

@LeN17ah Good read Leah 👏🏽 I think its just mismanagement with training etc and players being overworked when we have a lack of squad depth to support

Retractable pitch rant because I feel like it: The more I read about it. I think it's less an issue for spurs and more I think that Real Madrid might just have the worst pitch in the world, and the correlation people make between the clubs is due to Spurs having horrible luck.

City and Arsenal now share the same goal difference If Arsenal draw one, win one, and City win both their games, then they finish on the same points and Man City win the title because they have a superior goals scored compared to Arsenals Arsenal currently have 68 goals City 74 Title race firmly back on. Arsenal cannot afford anything other than 2 wins to guarantee the title and a trip to Crystal Palace last day of the season is not a easy game

A Newcastle fan page on Facebook Just like the Leeds one the other day where their fans were desperate to win to make sure we go down, the Newcastle fans here actively want their own team to lose so they can relegate Tottenham There isnt any other club in Europe who are hated more than Tottenham, there really isnt

This is a crazy stat
IGY 🇮🇹@igyscorner

Last penalty #Spurs scored at home was last season vs Bournemouth with Son’s ‘Panenka’ The last penalty we scored away was with Harry Kane back in March 2023 away to Southampton.

Woke up feeling really negative about staying up this season. Last night was an absolute must win as far as Im concerned and weve dropped 2pts Im adamant, absolutely adamant that West Ham will beat Newcastle and also grind out a win against Leeds, which is 6pts. That then means we must get a minimum of 4pts from Everton and Chelsea which I cant see happening, I really cant because I dont think we get anything from Chelsea Thoughts? Going down or staying up?

If we go down and are relegated I think there isnt as many players who will be adamant on leaving as we first thought Weve seen a lot of unity lately in the players social media posts, and a lot of affection being seen for the club, there will be a few suprise names who want to stay and help us get promoted Whats your thoughts on who stays for sure despite interest elsewhere? Im going with: Kinsky Maddison Kulusevski Tel Danso Palhinha Simons (also because hes injured) Richarlison Gray Bergvall Porro Odobert Bentancur

@ProTottenham There is next to no chance at all that is the case. Newcastle is absolutely going to be beat WHU next week. That leaves TOT needing to scavange a single point from CHE and EVE to stay up.

@footballontnt Tottenham do West Ham are better than Newcastle and capable of scraping a win against Leeds We go to Chelsea where its 1 win in 36 years there and then face a tough resilient Everton at home when weve only won twice all season at home We are in a difficult situation

I kind of agree that this wasnt a foul, he won the ball before taking out Madders.... However if this was Romero on Gyokeres in the 111th minute of the final game of the season when Arsenal needed to win and were drawing......

@ProTottenham Newcastle final home game of the season. I don’t think anyone wants to play Newcastle in their final home game with Joleinton , Guimares , Tonali , Gordon under the lights. Leeds have not lost a game since March , plus will have Okafor and their left back back in the team.

@ProTottenham Barely slept last night when I got back from the game. Can’t tell what’s going on, why am I literally losing sleep over a problem I didn’t create? I pray we stay up but it’s getting very close to the wire and we know Chelsea and Everton would like to finish us off.
