@TheMarkStorm I had a friend like that...It was too much work being his friend....I had to move on.....mad/not mad...always pissing and moaning about not getting invited places...even when it was just me and my family....friendship shouldn't be that much work

This is a world-rocker...Bud Buschardt was one of the kindest, nicest, most gentle souls imaginable...that says enough but then factor in all he knew about music, especially of the local back-in-the-day strain...I learned something everytime we talked...we've lost a treasure

Twitter suspended Datalus Pictures because two films were apparently offensive. The 1st is about a gay man leaving behind sex work to become and HIV activist. 2nd is about a group of people murdered because they took a stand AGAINST the Confederacy. Really... that's offensive?🤔

It's been really rad watching Confederate and other racist monuments being taken down, but this one from my home town really makes me smile. Folks have been demanding this for literally decades and the county always said it couldn't be done. Good riddance. newsweek.com/man-spent-20-y…
