Update: -The realtor said the house was from 1930 but I found a military draft slip from 1902 and a newspaper cutout from 1914 in our wall -Spring is here so we might get fiber (thawing) -I have to demolish a bathroom to renovate -I lost 6kg / 13lbs in the span of three weeks
