Thats literally just how things work, the state has the advantage over an independent autopsy requested by the family. They're the ones investigating, stop making things deeper than what they are for no reason. The first one isnt pending its been complete and the family has known the details, they just didnt share them. They are only waiting on a toxicology report which takes time.
