@ProfDeano Prof, not everyone is used to ANZ ways of flamboyant, loud commentary. If you need commentators to say what is going on on TV, I don't think that does the job any justice. Grew up watching Lawry, Greig, Ravi Shastri, etc, and you're doing great. Brings excitement into our homes.

@ProfDeano Perhaps. But when there is the technology available to correct obvious mistakes, why wasn’t the error corrected? That’s the bigger question. Umpires will make mistakes from time to time. I’m sure they would prefer not to live with the consequences of mistakes if possible 🙂

@TomMoodyCricket @ProfDeano And what a critical decision it turned out to be..if it had been an easy win for either side, it would have passed by without too much scrutiny or comment.. but a bad error..and is the 3rd ump not allowed to step in and correct an obvious mistake?

@ProfDeano Deano, he has to stand off the crease to allow the run out cameras a clear view of the crease. If he stands on the crease, the director asks 3rd ump to get him to move. So it’s the right position, but not for judging short runs. He should have asked 3rd ump to check short run

@ProfDeano Just 1 question sir...suppose if Mayank had to play just 1 more over in the regular game time,would he have denied due to fatigue??If not then why not just 6 more balls??
