Here’s another controversial take: I know a lotta ppl look at Boyz II Men’s commercial decline in the late 90s and blame the rise of white boy bands. I don’t, tho. I’ve always maintained that by their 3rd album, folks had moved on to the Dru Hills, 112s and BlackStreets.

🚨 Do you understand what this man just pulled off.. > a guy from North Carolina used AI to generate hundreds of thousands of songs.. uploaded them to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon.. then botted billions of streams on his own tracks and walked away with $8 million > 660,000 fake streams per day.. spread across thousands of AI songs so nobody noticed.. $1.2 million a year.. for music no human ever actually listened to real artists are out here grinding for 0.003 cents per stream.. promoting on TikTok.. begging for playlist placements.. and this guy just had AI make the music AND the audience first-ever criminal streaming fraud case.. he's paying back $8 million.. but the playbook is out there now.. and AI just got better since he started the music industry spent 10 years fighting piracy.. now they have to fight songs that don't exist being listened to by people who don't exist.

More safety moves: after trading safety Sydney Brown to the Falcons earlier Friday, the Eagles now have reached agreement on one-year deals with safeties Marcus Epps and J.T. Gray. Epps spent last season with the Eagles, Gray with the Bucs, Broncos and Ravens.

We also don’t know how that extension negotiation went down. Eagles are known for being challenging negotiators.

Eagles Twitter has a lot to say about this, understandably. Guy was signed as a UDFA, got an extension, and was named a captain during his tenure. My guess is Reed saw the Eagles continue to draft guys like Syd Brown and Mukuba and maybe took that as a sign they weren’t sold? 🤷🏾‍♂️

As I noted last week, the #Eagles remained confident in Jake Elliott despite recent struggles. Howie Roseman gave him a strong public endorsement in February, but this restructure further confirms the kicker’s return for 2026. I’ve seen it suggested that the Eagles could bring in competition, but that seems unlikely. The team views Elliott through the larger lens of what he’s accomplished over his career and in the postseason. They also factor kicking outdoors in the Northeast into their evaluation. That said, some of Elliott’s misses the last two years have been costly. Like a number of Eagles, he needs a bounce back season.

Andy Dalton drew rave reviews as coach in residence for Bryce Young. Eagles have really bolstered the institutional knowledge around Jalen Hurts this offseason. Lot of former QBs in the building. Smart

#Eagles have acquired QB Andy Dalton from the Panthers for a 2027 7th round draft pick, an NFL source confirmed @AdamSchefter. The veteran has long been a backup, but he would be the No. 3 guy in Philly behind Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee — unless McKee is moved. Dalton’s presence could open that door, although initial indications are that this trade has little to do with McKee. Dalton is a slated to make about $4M in 2026 — a large amount for a third QB. The Eagles like to stockpile at the position, though.

You’d have to think that means Tanner McKee is getting moved soon? Can’t see the Birds making an investment like this (however small) in a QB3. 🤷🏾‍♂️

@LesBowen I agree Stout’s resume is legendary but you did see the Eagles’ run game this year? Not saying Stout had nothing left or that the run game woes were entirely his fault but he wasn’t exactly at the peak of his powers, either. At his age, change was gonna happen sooner than later.

I was really enthusiastic about the switch to Mannion right up to the point where it led to Jeff Stoutland leaving the organization.

He gets to just go by Michael Jordan for a year now. That basketball player has to go by “Michael J Jordan” until 2027.
