We developed a scalable, quantitative and ultra-high sensitivity workflow for true single cell proteome analysis - one by one. Single cells have a stable proteome but not transcriptome. Great collaboration with @Bruker @EvosepBio @fabian_theis. Preprint: rb.gy/l4q32n

#COVID destroys the basic lung matrix framework causing irrecoverable damage and fibrosis. Using new tools we examine discarded tissue from 1st lung transplant recipients in the US and patients dying from COVID to identify makers that can predict recovery. STM @ScienceMagazine
