@critconcepts I was a single parent when I moved for a job 350 miles from family. Sick children meant time off work. Work travel meant paying for live in care. I actually don’t know how I coped financially or emotionally. But I did. You will too.

OK, serious life/#MedTwitter question: how does anyone make childcare work? Our 3mo old has started daycare, we’ve coordinated schedules so someone should always be available when they are closed… However, he now has a fever, so he can’t go…
