Art has sustained and maybe even saved me over the past year. As we head into 2022, I hope that those who can do so continue to #MakeGoodArt and that the rest of us continue to let it save us.

We unexpectedly lost my Dad this year. It nearly killed me. At the funeral, I kept thinking about the narrator's words in #TheOceanAtTheEndOfTheLane by @neilhimself: "I was wearing the right clothes for a hard day." I gained a new layer of appreciation for the novel.
