The number of pros (and ranked warriors) playing Rank S is perfect proof of concept and that CODM NEEDS to add a league play style game mode for players that actually want to improve Players willingly wait in longer queues, spend more time setting up rooms, and grind leaderboards with no rewards, just to have a real competitive alternative to ranked. It has been YEARS since any CODM pro has grinder ranked leaderboards and suddenly not only are pro’s grinding but it’s helping to bridge the gap between T1 pro’s and T3/T2/Ranked warriors in a way that CODM ranked never has. If CODM wants to see long term success for the competitive scene and its game in general, this is something that NEEDS to be added to the game.
