Yesterday, the House passed an insider trading Trojan horse for voter ID. Nevada Representatives Horsford and Titus both voted no, with Representative Lee and Amodei voting for the measure. Advocates responded to raise awareness around voter ID ahead of the 2026 Election.

Tonight, President Trump will reportedly address the nation to declassify documents related to the 2020 election. More than 60 courts, including judges appointed by Trump himself, have already looked at his false claims about the 2020 election and rejected them.

Yesterday, Senator Rosen introduced a bill to prevent President Trump from deploying the military at voting locations in November. This comes as the President announced he will address the nation this week regarding “foreign interference in the 2020 Election.”

President Trump signed an executive order that slashed protections for Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments, affecting nearly 3 million acres of public lands. This order reignites a decades-long fight over the future of America’s public lands.

The Supreme Court ruled in Little v. Hecox to uphold Idaho’s law banning transgender women and girls from participating in women’s sports teams at public schools and universities. We are coming together to promote the dignity of transgender students in our state.

The Supreme Court's ruling in Watson v. RNC protected NV voters by ensuring that mail ballots can be counted if they arrive after Election Day, as long as they are postmarked on or before Election Day! This is a welcome development as we prepare to make our voices heard in Nov.

The Supreme Court's recent decision in Wolford v. Lopez has reshaped how states can regulate concealed firearms. The ruling weakens state authority to regulate firearms in businesses, restaurants, retail stores, and other publicly accessible private spaces.
