@ComposerCasey I'll be the 4th and say a DAW should have this as an optional feature in case you want to use more memory and have access to more specific status history. The last time anything happened regarding this sort was 900 years ago when plugins started allowing AB comparisons.

3 people will care about this post, but I really miss when Cubase had an individual undo memory for each MIDI block.
