We are frustrated and disappointed to hear our decision makers talking about mental health in such a stigmatised light. Mental health inequality will only be exacerbated by the recent narratives around mental health and work. To those struggling right now, we see you.

One of the key themes from our recent research was need for intersectional representation in mental health. This is representation that isn’t part of a tick-box exercise and isn’t tokenistic. It should centre lived-experiences!
