Half of MD's school systems are facing the possibility of having funds WITHHELD. The Blueprint mandates teachers be paid $60k by the start of next school year. Right now, according to the AIB, 12 school systems haven't reached the $60k threshold - they have until July 1st.

Another shakeup in Baltimore County Public Schools. Mildred Charley-Greene, the Chief of Staff for Dr. Myriam Rogers, has left the school system. Charley-Greene has taken a job with Loudoun County Schools. Sources tell Project Baltimore the school board was not alerted of her departure. Charley-Greene's resignation comes just weeks after Superintendent Rogers announced she'd be retiring at the end of the school year.
