@voss_ag Eyes down ... whether walking or getting out of the truck! 😉

@breannetidemann Thanks for all that you have done. Good luck with the next chapter. Hopefully our paths cross again.

Checking planters of many types for accuracy is a daily occurrence for our agronomists. This one is 💯 for depth and placement of sugar beet seed. @asbg

Try to take the grin off of our faces!! It's so good to be planting and it looks so good 🙂 @AlbertaPotatoes

@trouttroller Lol. Yup. Selling a truckload of product was no big deal at 10 acres/case. Spraying Mataven was a commitment to excercise. No totes. No chem handlers. No pumps. Hand bomb everything to top of sprayer. Way more fun handling Glean.

Canada Foodgrains project is being seeded into durum. This drill is doing a great job of placing the seed into moisture. Many local farms and industry businesses are supporters. We're proud to be one the supporters. foodgrainsbank.ca @Foodgrains

@sjmatichuk Potato seed pieces, after cutting. Size profile has an effect on both planter performance and ultimately harvested size profile. Many evaluations of cutters and planters are done daily by our agronomists.

@Promaxag Curious….What are you evaluating and learning in this process?

@FungusAmungus3 @bugs5132 Thank you very much for your commitment and dedication to the agriculture industry. You have been a tremendous resource for us and many, many others. Good luck to you in the next chapter Kelly.

@bugs5132 - Last full week coming up.
Good memories from 45 summers involved in agricultural field research going from a summer student in Dr. Bob Baker’s wheat breeding program at the Univ. of Saskatchewan in 1981 through to 2025 with our pathology program at AAFC Lacombe.

Thank you @AlbertaCanola @AlbertaGrains @AlbertaPulse for hosting Agronomy Update 2026. Excellent learnings that we can take to the fields. Organizing committee did a great job of topics and speakers. The speakers were outstanding (many of them from their fields)!

Canola Watch Exam 2025 was once again a tremendous resource. Thank you @CanolaWatch for continuing to make this resource available. Your work does not go unnoticed. @AlbertaCanola @SaskOilseeds @CanolaGrowers

Great nugget from Dr. Tansey at @SKAgriculture Agronomy Research Update on snow cover and winter survival rates! Thanks for sharing!!

Appreciate that "Canola Week 2025" has a virtual option. Allows us to learn, while doing a few other things during the breaks! Thanks @canolacouncil @AlbertaCanola @SaskOilseeds @CanolaGrowers @CanolaWatch
