Law doesn’t care if it’s ‘regulated in the traditional sense’, if u offer risk protection for a fee, it’s insurance. You’re operating without a lic, which is a violation in every U.S. state.

it’s not traditional insurance in a regulated sense. We use the word “insurance” to help traders instantly understand the concept. It’s more like account protection or coverage designed to give trades who fail their evaluations another chance without purchasing another accs themselves
