@SonataAway You guys are nuts. We are not putting Slavin, Miller, or Werenski in the 3rd pair. Which means either Slavin or Werenski have to play on their off side. Whichever plays there is less effective. Give away the farm for potentially no improvement net net?

Now that Zach Werenski is officially available, the Hurricanes should be ALL. IN. naturally you can trade Nikishin so the blow isn’t as bad for CBJ, but literally any prospect should be on the table. My mock trade: Nikishin, Nadeau, 2027 1st, 2028 2nd.

@zergui44 @JFreshHockey Fair. I just think the award has lost its meaning a little bit to be the highest scoring player that plays elite defense. It should be the best defensive forward

@Proph3tic1ne @JFreshHockey It's not the "Best Penalty Killer Forward" award. Also, it's not like he's bad on the PK when he's on it. Suzuki is the best all around player on the team, but he can't play 60 minutes so you have to give the ice time to players according to their strengths.

@DonnellySports I would say 4/5 but despite that I do think Vegas is a very deep team through their debatably better top 4 D and Top 9 F depth.
