@emhodee Knowing this has made it less frustrating and more workable. So since I don’t have an active flow of income yet, I manage holding by staying away from the charts especially when I feel that urge. So probably analyze yourself and then work towards it. Trust me,you will get better

@emhodee And then work towards it. Mine is having an active cash inflow like from a job or business. It tends to take my attention away from the profit would make, which then makes it easier for me to hold a trade cause there’s no pressure.

Secondly, every loss has a reason — speaking from experience. No trade fails without a lesson behind it.
