ProspectTilt is going to be very generous to Jurrangelo Cijntje in Post-Draft Pitching Prospect rankings I'm completely disbanding his ability to throw from the left side (ridiculous talent) & focusing on him being just a RHP and being developed as one We've received positive data on his Fastball and think there's more in the tank with a sole focus on one side. The slider/cutter at 90mph is a solid pitch & the curve is great too Can see Cijntje being taken as the 4th pitcher off the board and maybe reached for in the mid-to- late teens in the draft. Him going to a budding pitching factory is only going to help him develop as a Righty further And make no mistake, he's a Righty. If he drops into the Twenties or Comp round, he's going to be an absolute steal of a project (he's already fairly polished from the right side)

Was extremely impressed with Luis Perales prior to his injury & think this is an excellent bet/risk to take on for the Nats From an outing of Perales' in 2024 where he looked absolutely filthy

Jonah Tong will make his big league debut on Friday When I mentioned we were all too low on him, I was hinting that he is a top 2 pitching prospect in MiLB In his latest update @RotoWire, @RealJRAnderson has Tong as the #1 SP prospect in baseball and I cosign The Snow Yeti📈

And just like that Nolan McLean already looks like an ace level arm for the Mets staff 32.6% K% through 2 starts with a .146 avg against He's limiting the walks which has led to two efficient starts in the majors The lab is cooking 🔥 We had McLean as a breakout in Feb '24
