With no expedition you can have them at 1 at most. 25 extra skill points is going to give people an advantage. Simple as that. Idc about how you feel

Can you name any skill points far on the tree that actually provide a difference in combat? Many don’t make a difference and the ones that do are achievable to get without extra points.
