Congress just voted to: ❌Exclude 2.6 million children from receiving the Child Tax Credit ❌Eliminate food assistance ❌Gut health care for millions All to give tax breaks to the wealthy. We must push back & continue advocating for an equitable future for all—not just some.

Kids shouldn’t go hungry so that wealthy corporations and individuals can get another tax break. Families shouldn’t lose health care so corporations can boost profits. ✔️But that’s exactly what Congress just voted for.

Gov. Newsom & the Legislature have finalized the state budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26. The new budget will cut access to Medi-Cal for immigrants w/ an enrollment freeze & new monthly premiums. We are disappointed in the decision to make our immigrant communities more vulnerable.
