I’m mortified by what happened today. Sickened. Tearful. Saddened. We all should feel sadness and the pain of what happened today to Charlie Kirk. He was a good man. A family man with kids who loved him. This is an incredibly sad day for America. You don’t have to agree with his political views to acknowledge that. This is a dark day. RIP Charlie.

ok what i got from the little info out there and the internet.. the strike left from the USS truman... it had aircraft from the The “Red Rippers” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 11 – F/A-18F – from Naval Air Station Oceana, Va. the F-18Fs are the strike aircraft, the F18s from other squadrons probably provided the air cover... the reapers came from Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), this is a africom command just to the south west. the tomahawks came from the one of the 3 destroyers or more probably the Guided-missile submarine USS Georgia (SSGN-729) is operating in the Middle East. The Ohio-class submarine carries 154 Tomahawk Land Attack Missiles as well as special operations forces. with the flight path and times they crossed into yemen in a 100km window with most of the strikes in the sana area. the 2 waves of aircraft could have been tracked (not stealth) and engaged with ADA systems in yemen. they only had to keep the radars off till the F18s were just in range, then turn them on and target the aircraft... we got lucky!!!!!!

In the last week or so I binged two animes on Netflix: Arcane & Blue Eye Samurai Both are just one season currently, & S2 of Arcane comes out in a couple months apparently. Both are quite good. Definitely entertaining. Rec either if you enjoy anime.

so many people are having a hard time understanding that the president could have filled ukraine with gear without congress last year.. and he could have used lend lease to win the war in 2022.... but CHOSE not to, this is a choice.... and people are still trying to figure out how a washed up out of power former president is blocking the aid.

this is what i have been saying... there was never any large pile of gear in europe ready to go to ukraine... it will take months to years to get the aid that was just passed.. the admin is making sure that they are taking there time to give ukraine just enough gear to keep them from falling apart no mater how much the congress gives them.. they had no intent of ever using the lend lease, the 4 billion draw down money, and now they are slow walking the 61 billion... people need to understand that this admin does not want ukraine to outright win.

@secretsqrl123 The Ukraine funding situation is becoming collateral damage of GOP and dems fighting each other (politically of course). This is the government Americans have to rely on. Except, I see dems much closer to being able to govern than the current GOP can.

just to be clear, on this space, and on this issue i am "aid to ukraine first" i am a conservative republican (not trump) but i would not be for anyone from any party blocking needed aid to ukraine... im not for the shit show that happened in the house yesterday (dems voting in a republican issue) and i would be against the same on the other side. this does not help ukraine and puts any future funding at issue. im not for democratic or republican stupidity (pulling fire alarms, calling someone nazi you dong agree with, etc). im for ending the war in ukraine.. none of that helps the ukr war or the issues in the USA. the administration keeps playing games with numbers and keeps throwing fake numbers out there4 billion, 5 billion, now they by magic have 7 billion for ukraine.. i dont know what is worse, saying you have 7 billion can use for ukraine... or holding on to 7 billion for ukraine and refusing to use it to buy more air defense gear to ukraine.. saying you could use the money but refusing is evil!!!! fucking use it. the same with lend lease, the dems and republicans (under republican leadership) got lend lease passed as the administration requested... and NEVER FUCKING USED IT... it expired... WTF?!?!?!?! as of 2 days ago sen cornyn (tx) was working on a plan to get 60 billion to the ukr government in gear and funding to get the war won. with the house dems voting out the speaker of the house (yes thats what happened 200+ dems and only 8 republican idiots) voted to remove the speaker.. it looks like that aid package is probably dead. so please if you are happy that that stupid stuff happened yesterday and you have a ukraine flage on your profile... you probably just hurt ukr funding going forward, or at least delayed it.. and for me... ANYTHING like that is just helping the russians... yes i said it. the dems and the 8 republican idiots just helped the russians by this stupid stuff. again any delay BY ANYONE on reasonable aid to ukraine to end the war quickly is aiding the russians killing the ukranians. and for the ones saying that "well the aid will still keep coming"... NO thats not the way the house works, without a funding bill things will slow down and stop, or the far right idiots will demand that the funding stops.. and yes they can do it... remember the border wall that was paid for and just needed installed? the house stopped it AFTER it was funded... the wall was sitting on the ground in texas waiting to be put up, the dems in the house stopped it... again politics are making the USA look unstable, and like a clown.. its just want china and russia want the world to see... dems didnt hurt the republicans yesterday... they just made the us look like a clown show to the rest of the world. someone that cant be relied upon or trusted.
