In our new study "Deciphering Stiffness-Driven Changes in Colorectal Cancer by Proteomics" with @Rocha_Lab in Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, we show that matrix stiffness profoundly rewires the tumor secretome. Tumor biomechanics actively drive cancer progression.
