And according to her, when that system becomes “leaky,” the brain starts trying to fill in missing information itself… creating hallucinations, paranoia, sensory overload, and distorted reality. “Your brain will always try to make sense of something… so if it’s missing information, it’s just gonna make up its own.” The video goes even further into claims that: • schizophrenia may be tied to glucose dysregulation in the brain • hallucinations are caused by a “leaky” thalamus failing to filter information properly • antipsychotic drugs only mask symptoms instead of fixing the root problem • low-carb diets could increase risks for dementia and Alzheimer’s • ADHD may also be connected to the same “leaky filter” mechanism • the brain creates hallucinations when it tries to fill in missing sensory information • current psychiatric research may be focusing on the wrong brain regions entirely But the moment hitting the hardest? @pelaocongatos Torres del Paine se oferta como un destino turístico abierto, para un público general. En ningún afiche de Sernatur o en insta se dice que es para especialistas ni que debes portar equipo técnico avanzado. El parque es responsable de la seguridad e hicieron abandono de deberes.

@AsmaeilBraun @pelaocongatos Comparto en q fue primeramente responsabilidad del parque (Conaf/Vertice), pero la parte de q "el próximo regugio estaba cerrado" no me queda clara.El refugio q sigue a Los Perros está al otro lado del paso John Gardner, y se llama El Paso. Ellos ni siquiera llegaron a la cima.

@pelaocongatos Infórmate antes de opinar burradas, el sendero estaba habilitado para turistas. Los obligaron a abandonar el último refugio y tuvieron que seguir el recorrido, el siguiente refugio estaba cerrado, porque no habían funcionarios, andaban votando y negaron el rescate.
