6:15pm Update: Roads are now open!

We’re seeing traffic backing up on the southbound on-ramp - try to avoid that exit route if possible. Thanks to UHP for the assist!

Mudslide cleanup in progress at Slate canyon and Nevada Ave - Detour in place. Spring Creek Elementary can be accessed via California Avenue.

Due to a large fire burning at a construction site, State St is closed at approx 1100 S in Provo. The fire has caused power outages throughout the city. Please only call dispatch if you are experiencing an emergency or need urgent assistance. Updates to follow.

Traffic accident at intersection of Freedom Blvd and Cougar Blvd, Provo. Intersection is closed - avoid area.

NB lanes are now opening back up.

Traffic accident at 4200 N University Ave. N/B lanes are closed, diversion in place via Canyon Rd. Expect delays next hour. A motorcyclist has been transported to UVH in critical condition.

Avoid the area of 900 E Temple View Dr as crews work to repair burst water main.

Great news! As if 10:35 am all intersections are fixed and open, and being monitored for any issues.

Road closed at 820 N between Geneva and Independence Road due to rail crossing arms malfunction. Expected to remain closed up to 24 hours. Plan alternate routes!

Geneva Rd is closed at 820 N while crews install traffic lights. Please avoid area or follow diversions. We anticipate the road reopening mid-afternoon.
