Their companies will get destroyed by counterfeit securities(you know, 'securities sold, not purchased' on many hf/mm quarterly reports), darkpool(off-exchange) abuse, spoofing, washing, etc

The House just passed my NICS Data Reporting Act. The bill requires DOJ to provide aggregate demographic data of persons ruled ineligible to purchase a firearm under NICS. The data could show false denials disproportionately affect racial minorities.
