Here’s what changed ↓ • Added Mobile Rotating proxies to the Credentials Generator. • Updated the Proxy-Cheap website navbar to make products and resources easier to find. • Fixed the payment screen so failed Stripe forms now show a clear message and a working Retry button. • Prevented payment-method cleanup errors from blocking account top-ups. • Made sure refunds can still be processed when an upstream provider is temporarily unavailable. • Improved bulk proxy extensions by preventing attribution tracking from slowing down consecutive requests. • Fixed OAuth login failures caused by referral code collisions. • Sorted referral bonus transactions by date, making transaction history easier to follow. • Improved the recovery of interrupted background jobs so they can be retried instead of disappearing. • Temporarily disabled credential generation for an unavailable connection option to prevent repeated failed requests. Here's a pro tip: If your client returns a 401 or 407 authentication error, check where the error is coming from first. > 401 usually means the website or service rejected authentication. > 407 is the standard error for rejected proxy credentials. For proxy authentication issues, check the username, password, host and port. Also look for copied spaces and confirm that you are using the correct protocol and credentials for that proxy.

Static vs rotating proxies. Which one solves what? Static proxies are better when you need consistency across sessions. Rotating proxies are better when your workflow needs a bigger IP pool and more flexible rotation. The mistake most people make is choosing one because it sounds more advanced. In reality, the best proxy is the one that fits your workflow.

@ProxyCheap Your support is lying to customers. Someone called "Anthony" said my proxy was refunded (Ticket #128052), but there is NO refund in my account. Also, the servers are STILL broken, no COUNTRY is available, only "Random". Stop pretending it's working and refund my money properly.
