On Saturday, we taught women how to make spaghetti and how to make their own homemade cockroach pesticide. We believe that it's important to empower women with the knowledge and skills they need to take care of themselves and their families. Learning how to cook a healthy meal.

On Saturday, we teach women how to make detergents. Our goal is to end violence against women, equalize opportunities for women, and empower women. We are achieving this through skills-based trainings.

Today, Mukadzi Munhuwo partnered with @tamiranashetrust, @girlscentricnetwork, @rivkafoundation and @egawoz to teach women how to make reusable sanitary pads. This training was designed to help women take control of their health and hygiene.

On Thursday, we had the privilege of teaching a group of women how to grow mushrooms. This will help them provide nutritious food for their families, and it can also be a source of income. We also discussed the benefits of growing mushrooms. @Mukadzimunhuwo @tamiranashetrus

In addition to the food items, the Tamiranashe students also received a supply of menstrual pads. This will have a significant impact on the girls' health and well-being, and it will help to improve their access to education. We are truly grateful for this support.

Mukadzi Munhuwo is delighted to announce that we have received a generous donation from Pastor Fortunate and @ConcernedFamily, which will be used to provide meals for students at Tamiranashe College. We also received a supply of menstrual pads.

Today we had a meaningful discussion with students at Mount Carmel School about the dangers of sugar daddies and the importance of menstrual hygiene. We're proud to be partnering with @rivkafoundation and @tamiranashetrust. We'd like to thank the students for their participation.

I had the privilege of attending a side event at the ICASA 2023 Zimbabwe conference, organized by @hivos @hivossouthernafrica SRHR Community Café and @safaids SAfAIDS. The event was titled "Redefining the Feminist Agenda" and focused on ending violence against women and girls
