You're playing Syndra in this game state. 17 minutes, Corki swaps to mid. Do you go bot? If you answered yes you instantly lose the game in devastating fashion + you're a coward Bot laners will try to do this to you often no matter how behind they are. But if you give mid here Corki is never holding anything, they walk over him and take the entire map in less than 2 minutes, game ends in under 10. If you're significantly strong or your bot is significantly weak, it's better a lot of the time to keep your strength in the middle of the map Depends a lot on the champ you're playing/enemy champs. Syndra side lane is not good, in this game you will most of the time have to concede push because of lost mid prio and threat of pantheon/elise. This also means you have to take very long pathing to mid. So one of your strongest champs is pretty much permanently out of the game New season also makes the sidelane -> TP to fights combo much much worse. If you're strong and going to give up mid you need to be able to get push and move in side lane. Mages usually need jungle/support hover + vision, assassins can a lot of the time do it on their own Just don't get caught in the trap of thinking you must sidelane, especially as a mage player. Will make it very hard for you to carry games

@arshgoyal13 Most physicians don't become doctors for the sheer fact that they love money, at least in the U.S. There are way less stressful jobs that pay just as much/even more.

@arshgoyal13 The physicians at the top end will always skew the mean (those with private practices, even if it's not as common with anesthesiologists), but I'm firmly in the camp that insurance companies are way more responsible for the cost of healthcare in the U.S.

@arshgoyal13 policy should NOT have been based on CMS standards because each person metabolizes anesthesia differently. Tougher on negotiations with hospitals? The policy would be tougher on surgeons.
