@NickElements I think it's for many reasons - People don't have any ideas besides mods against poorly-designed self-inserts so they just decide to adjust something else - Nobody would really notice their ideas so they just go to a dead project with hopes to revitalize it (Likely to fail)

i was involved in this, i did the background filters and a few concepts with dingus this would've had a fakeout that starts as Some random kid's self insert remix mod, before he gets mauled by exe, and it ends with the mod abruply cutting back to the Random kid

@devotedgutz Saying "we didn't want communication after all" falls flat because what matters is WHAT the communication is about. He communicated on SOME things (like what he wants the game to be & how spaghetti's scope increased) but he said nothing on how close the update is to completion

@devotedgutz The interviews had lots of good info (that the next few updates are back-to-back destinations and how the scrapped week 4 mechanic would've worked) But Dave said absolutely nothing about how close it is to releasing, which is the big thing that people want to know.
