I can’t believe it’s been 7 years since I started this page, bringing awareness about psoriasis and having some fun while doin it. This page has grown so much, thanks for the support Psoldiers😃

I had a doctor tell me once that cutting gluten, meat and dairy out of my diet would drastically help my psoriasis. There’s just one problem, pizza is made out of all of those🤷🏻‍♂️🍕
