A continuing theme of this book tour is that the smaller the town, the bigger the hotel room. I'm in Upstate NY in a mini-suite with a full kitchen. How long does it take to cook a turkey?

Most franchises turn to shit the moment they go from being written and developed by their passionate creators to employees who were assigned to the project. Examples of this include Fallout, Magic the Gathering, and by many accounts D&D. Agree or disagree?

@dndoggos Lately I've been experimenting with ability cards. I write down a basic summary of what each ability is and what it does on an index card, along with how many times the card can be used. I haven't had a chance to really test this out yet, but my early trials seem promising.

One of my goals with DnDoggos is to keep it very rules-light and easily accessible to new players and folks who just like dog comics. GET THE PARTY STARTED is a great intro for those new to tabletop games! How do you like to introduce new players to TTRPGs?
