If your Infrared sauna is in an enclosed space (i.e. inside a room)... And it has a ventilation vent without an extractor fan... You're inhaling too much carbon dioxide This ain't good Your sauna brand won't tell you about this You need active (not passive) ventilation

Don't buy a home sauna until you read this: 95% of home sauna brands build their products with glue and plywood This is not good And even though some of these brands test for volatile organic compounds and say "look...nothing...its all good" Its not all good and here's why: The glue used in the walls and plywood of your sauna won't start off-gasing chemicals immediately (and this is when these brands test for toxins) Only after thorough use (e.g. 6 months later) as your sauna expands and contracts will the toxic things start to appear You bought a sauna because you're interested in detoxing....but now you're re-toxing. There's only one solution... Buy a sauna that has NO glue or NO plywood in its construction. yes its possible. There are a few brand out there already doing this. I've found 2 in North America and we're currently building @dose_wellness_ to solve this exact problem (non-toxic wellness products)
