@PtronGlobal This is my ptron neckband complaint sheet I gave it to nearby service center Kare first electronics on 25th Sept 2025 till now my neck band has not been replaced everytime I am contacting customer care they are saying it is in transit but when I will get no answer.

@PtronGlobal I had order ptron fusion pro BT Speaker on amazone. It is good looking and sound is good with FM but there is a small issue with Bluetooth connectivity. After turning on in BT mode.
