NEW: Federal Judge Issues Stunning Order Blocking Trump Admin From Deporting Nearly 1 Million Migrants "Because of the serious consequences at stake, both for the Plaintiffs and the Defendants, the Court finds an administrative stay appropriate..." conservativebrief.com/federal-judge-…

Oregonians have successfully voted by mail for over thirty years, and we’ll be damned if we let Donald Trump change the way our state runs its elections. My message to the White House is this: if you come for Oregon’s vote-by-mail, you’ll have hell to pay.

🚨 BREAKING: SCOTUS Justice Amy Coney Barrett now appears skeptical of striking down birthright citizenship for illegals "I can imagine it being messy in some applications." "What if you don't know who the parents are?"

@PublishingEquus @nicksortor You realize this is unenforceable right? Because Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution explains that the States have the primary authority over election administration, the "times, places, and manner of holding elections"

@FamedCelebrity Gorsuck is an lolbertarian. Occasionally an lolbertarian will be right about something.

The Romans pioneered the settler-as-weapon strategy: military colonists planted in conquered lands to extract resources, enforce control, and displace local populations. This model persisted through European colonialism, where settlers served as both garrison and economic instrument, whether in North America, Australia, or South Africa. The British, Spanish, Dutch, and French exported settlers to secure territory, exploit resources, and erode indigenous claims through sheer demographic weight. Israeli settlement in the West Bank operates from the same doctrine. Civilians with state backing occupy disputed territory, building facts on the ground that make negotiated withdrawal progressively harder the longer it persists. They extract resources water, agricultural land, building materials from occupied territory while establishing legal and demographic claims to the land. The strategy works because settlers are cheap: you deploy civilians instead of soldiers, let them build their own infrastructure, and they self-replicate. The occupation becomes self-perpetuating harder to reverse once embedded, which is precisely the point. The settler functions as a permanent garrison without salary costs, and the settlements themselves become political obstacles then become irreversible through entrenchment. It's the same formula Rome used 2000 years ago, just dressed in modern legal language and international law arguments.

Democrats know that if America has free, fair, and secure elections, they are done as a political party. How else do you explain the FREAK OUT over basic election safeguards in place in 176 nations on earth? They cheat. We know it. Their screaming about it is damning.

As the Supreme Court is poised to rule on Trump’s request to end birthright citizenship - it might be a good time to mention the fact that Ivana was not a US citizen when Don Jr, Ivanka & Eric were born, and Melania was not a US citizen when Barron was born.

🚨 BREAKING: Gov. Ron DeSantis is moving to get a radical leftist judge IMPEACHED after she RELEASED a known predator who went on to kill an innocent 5-year-old girl YES!! Start a nationwide trend! 🔥 DeSantis is petitioning the State Legislature to impeach Judge Tiffany Baker: “Until you start holding these judges ACCOUNTABLE, they are going to continue to find ways to benefit the criminal element!” “This was an outrage. This was such an easy call to make sure that this guy was put behind bars, and this judge refused to do it!” IMPEACH HER, and start impeaching nationwide 🇺🇸

The Trump administration argues the 14th Amendment does not apply to people in the country illegally or on temporary visas. If the Supreme Court agrees, it could render hundreds of thousands of children born to immigrant parents stateless. wapo.st/4bU0d1Q

It is no surprise our legislature has permanently failed. This is the inevitable end of all legislatures, regardless of the breadth of the franchise. It is merely part of the cycle of regimes, identified by Polybius. As a society decays, the vision of the common good dies. As divisions widen, the legislature becomes sclerotic and ineffective. The inevitable next step is authoritarianism, because it is the only cure, and when a crisis comes, some man will seize his chance and destroy the combination of mob rule (ochlocracy) and oligarchy we live under. True, modern ideological anarcho-tyranny is in some ways a new thing (among other new things), but the end result will be the same, perhaps faster than would happen otherwise. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.

The SAVE Act would make it harder for you to vote this November.

I don't believe American First Conservatives understood the depth of hatred that Establishment Republicans have for President Trump and his agenda to clean up DC. John Thune knows that he holds the most powerful position in Congress. And he's using that power to slow down and in some cases outright stop the president's platform. The RNC has clearly shown very little interest in winning the midterms. State and local GOP parties are actively removing America First voters from leadership positions. Evangelicals were stripped of their power base during the platform debates leading up to the 2024 election. And the Establishment has installed their own fake "conservative pundits" within many of the major cable television networks. Thune and the Establishment Republicans are hoping for a Blue Wave in November. They know that's the only way to destroy President Trump and the America First movement. After the midterms there will be a ferocious effort to purge from the party all of the populists and America First Conservatives. Pay attention, friends.

Civilization requires having and maintaining standards What we have learned is that swathes of the population will, if pushed into so doing by a class of rapacious cosmopolitans, give it all up for the siren song of comfort-giving progress And now we’re seeing the cost: the destruction of everything
