@WormSock @cate_meowdy He was supposed to be in C3 S3, his codename was Mitosis, and early builds show him in the BP with an unfinished skin. But for some reason they got rid of him and replaced him with Stormfarer, who was originally a shop skin called blackout

@TyluhFryz @biphilus30 Maybe im lowk bad but it always felt kinda inconsistent, i haven’t tried the reworked version yet. It felt you really needed to be like right up inside of someone to do anything, but even then it was still really iffy with the damage
