@LouDPhillips Any time I have to make a final vet visit with any of our canine residents, I always make sure to give the rest of the dogs a chance to say goodbye after, before we move on to burial. They all come by to give a final sniff.

The Scribe had human vet appointments yesterday, and while she was away from the house she acquired a dog "backpack". The moment she put it on to test it out, Ethel started turning herself inside out. Apparently Ethel knows and is all about the backpack life. #Dog #Chihuahua

Update on Higgs! #Dog #Vet #MinPin The paracentesis wasn’t effective. There was no fluid to drain. The swelling of the abdomen is due to an enlarged liver, likely due to liver cancer. He has also started showing other signs of liver failure.
