@TiaMaria1979 It is taking longer than expected, so please do not make comments on his personal social media. When he is trying his best to refund everybody ASAP out of his own (basic salary) wages. Which again he doesn’t have to do but he’s not that sort of person to wall away like that.

@TiaMaria1979 Hi Tia. People haven’t been ignored. People are slowly receiving refunds. Pugfest as a company has unfortunately closed. Rob is currently in the process of repaying everyone personally (which he doesn’t have to do!) but wants to. Because it’s being done personally...

Hi everyone, an update on refunds will be announced this evening. For both Manchester & Scotland events. We apologise it has taken so long. Unfortunately an alternative date could not be fulfilled, so the info on refunds will be emailed and published this evening. Thanks again

Hi everyone please be aware that we have sent out emails regarding the scotland date. Unfortunately a new date has not yet been confirmed we will announce it when it is confirmed as stated in the email. We cannot say anymore on this matter at this time. We are sorry for any delay

@fiboyle84 @rob_clowes Hi Fiona. We’ve been trying to do an email announcement all evening but we are having technical issues. One will be released tomorrow regarding the Scotland event.
