Puget Sound Fire

Firefighters extinguished the fire in approximately 30 minutes. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Puget Sound Fire responded to a residential fire in the 27300 block of 154th Avenue SE. Firefighters arrived and found flames coming from a second floor window.

Firefighters were able to safely bring one adult male and one dog to shore. Neither suffered any injuries.

Mountain View Fire & Rescue, Puget Sound Fire, VRFA, and South King Fire & Rescue responded to a river rescue call in the 19000 Green Valley Rd.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The Red Cross is providing emergency assistance.

Arriving firefighters found a 2-story building with heavy smoke coming from it.

Puget Sound Fire responded to a residential fire in the 11800 block of SE 274 Street. Firefighters arrived at found flames coming from the back of the single story home.

This morning, just after 2:00 am, Puget Sound Fire responded to a commercial fire in the 400 block of Central Avenue South. Firefighters arrived and found flames coming from the single story restaurant.

Firefighters located the person and removed him from the house. Sadly, the victim died at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the King County Sheriff Office.
