It’s more like 100 ft across. Several portions of the #BCPalouseTrail fully submerged. Sunshine Rd underwater for about 1/3 mi. Segment behind Spectrum & Toyota completely submerged. @City_of_Pullman @PullmanPolice & Whitman County should close the trail, immediately. @kdahmen87
