@charlieepickles True mate it was something else doing them during winter but you adapt to it after a week or 2 just gotta do it gradually or at the end of each shower for 30 seconds then a minute etc just we’ve been conditioned to have hot showers/baths since we were kids

@charlieepickles Stop sleeping on cold showers bro, i did them through winter went from the worst thing ever to the best thing, my immune system is awful haven’t been ill since. I usually always get sick and have always suffered from hayfever aint had any of it for the past year

3. Shower. This shouldn't need to be said, but I spent many a day rolling out of bed and not concerning myself with washing until later on. After your walk, freshen up and be alert for the day. If you wanna try cold showers, go ahead, I live in England though so fuck that.
