Most people think stress is just “in their head.” It’s not. It’s your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight mode. All. Day. Long. We built Pulsetto to help your body actually switch gears and downshift. People use it to support: • winding down after stressful days • getting out of that wired-but-tired feeling • relaxing before sleep Not magic. Not pseudoscience. Just a tool designed to support your body’s inner relaxation response. Curious how it works? #StressSupport #NervousSystem #WellnessTech

Turns out, you don’t need to “squeeze in” vagus nerve reset sessions into your schedule. They can fit into your day more naturally than you think. Morning cortisol spike — 4 min stress session Lunch break — 4 min stress session After work — 6 min burnout session Before bed — 10 min sleep session All together, that’s just 1.6% of your day. A small investment into your nervous system. 🌿

#Pulsetto Vagus Nerve stimulation device used by several #NBA players. So far so good. I have been using this for a week and do feel that it’s helping me wind down and get to sleep quicker. @Pulsettotech would love to be a brand partner. Kzaenterprises@gmail.com

Your brain is constantly talking to your organs. And the messenger is the vagus nerve. It connects your brain with many of your major organs. When vagal tone is strong, your body responds. It feels calmer, less inflamed, and more rested. This is where vagus nerve stimulation may help support the pathway. 💚

Bad sleep doesn’t just make you tired. It actually changes how your brain works. Your prefrontal cortex (clear thinking) goes offline. Your amygdala (survival mode) takes over. Which means: Worse decisions Lower creativity Snappier reactions Weaker memory Basically… your brain starts acting like you're being chased by a tiger. 🐅 We talked with @DrNerina Ramlakhan about why chronic poor sleep pushes the brain into fight-or-flight. 🎧 Watch the full episode of No Stress on our Youtube channel.

Did you know your body is working 24/7 to keep everything in balance? 🌿 So you’re not too hot or too cold. So your blood sugar stays stable. So you feel sleepy at night. So your hydration levels stay where they should be. These invisible, automated processes are called homeostasis. Your nervous system and hormones constantly sense changes in or around you and work to bring you back toward baseline. But chronic stress can interfere with this finely tuned system. When your stress response stays activated for too long, your body does not fully return to baseline. Over time, that creates wear and tear, known as allostatic load. 💡 Your nervous system has two main modes: - Go mode - Recover mode If you rarely switch into recovery mode, balance becomes harder to maintain. Supporting your recovery state helps your body do what it was designed to do. Re-balance. Want to support your recovery mode? Learn how vagus nerve stimulation can help. Link in profile. 🌿
