THIS IS THE New Concept in Core Training. WeckMethod. We simply put fundamental principles into practice. Simple. TRUE. Fight / Flight Response Ability (with perfectly balanced locomotion) is the only acceptable target. Duh. (Why would you EVER build strength on dysfunction - like walking out of balance to begin with????). Serious question. Deafening silence. AND… to make matters even better, we can literally “WeckMethodize” ANY exercise or movement. To create better carryover than you’re getting now. Bold. TRUE. And I Stand FIRM that you NEVER perform “anti-rotation” training as peer review exercise “science” defined it. It’s worse than useless. It does what we MUST NOT DO. Upset Force Transmission (with imbalance and delay) - you’re uprooting yourself exactly what we DON’T want, with your pallof presses. Stu, obviously the soup has reached a Boyle. When are you guys going to address the Paradigm Shift in Core Training? YOU Guys are at the center of the “anti-core” dark ages of S&C. You messed up HUGE. It’s time to Relate to Gait… or go home. #EveryStepStronger

Weck doesn’t understand the “science”. Weck’s ‘claim’ that Balanced Locomotion is as simple as #HeadOverFoot has no peer review studies to “prove” it correct. Therefore it must be ignored (pretend you didn’t hear about it) and deride it as “anecdotal” and therefore unscientific. Anyone who watches good athletes run can plainly see they are NOT bracing their cores stiff and straight. Truth is… I cannot understand the Scientists who govern the narrative as far as what should, and should not, be done professionally. With no shortage of extremely vocal and incredible ‘righteous indignation’ against BOSU Balls as they preach utter non-sense with a religious zeal that renders their intellects frozen stiff in confusion. All they’ve ever done is ridicule & reject anything I put forth — until now (AS THEIR DAYS AS THOUGHT LEADERS INEVITABLY RUN OUT) they strategically “ignore” and say nothing about my critical analysis and solution to the number one negative issue they’ve brought to the fore — compromising physical integrity for millions of athletes conditioned and strengthened on the foundation of “anti-core” stability training — when human beings are trained upon a false foundation (uprooting neural engrams as foundation), their bodies lack the athletic response-ability they could otherwise have developed by training with Correct Intent. It’s so simple. When you actually understand human movement… efficiency to optimize (not imbalanced to compromise) gait function, you are worthy of working in the fitness profession. Those who refuse to correct past mistakes and misguided present day actions… will certainly “Find Out” 🤣🥲😉
