you have committed several criminal offenses 1. If someone publicly promises “all proceeds will go to charity” That already falls under charitable fundraising, which is regulated at both the state and federal level. If the money doesn’t actually end up with the charity (only a third, the rest disappears), it can be treated as charity fraud. Most states require any organization presenting itself as charitable to be registered and supervised by the state Attorney General. 2. If it’s presented as a crypto project/investment If you tell people “buy this token because the proceeds will go to charity,” that’s misrepresentation. It could qualify as securities fraud if the SEC decides the token functions like an investment. At minimum, it can fall under wire fraud, which is a federal crime — punishable by decades in prison. 3. Misleading the public with ongoing promises If someone repeatedly claims they’ll keep giving, keep building a “big project,” but from the start knows they won’t, that’s intentional misrepresentation — straight-up fraud. That’s illegal even outside of charity law. 4. How it’s handled in practice Regulators (FTC, SEC, state Attorneys General) investigate dozens of these cases every year. Sometimes it’s civil proceedings (fines, bans, restitution). If it’s larger and clearly intentional, it becomes a federal criminal case (FBI, DOJ).

I just simply don't think you understand how CCM coins are working, the liklihood of success in relaunching vs. I didn't make that tweet till it was 33k MC... We have to be realistic at some point - I did everything I could to revive, wasn't brining any traction. So we pivot, rebuild, and relaunch.

I am not sure you understand what a rug is. I sold no tokens? I locked all my supply. Rugging would be draining LP, or selling everything and killing chart. Fees don't effect token price at all. I am actually wanting to rebrand/relaunch so you guys CAN be apart of something. Relaunching is objectively better then trying to revive a 30k MC. We have everything in place to create a winning project, V2's are not uncommon in crypto.
