I built a Morning Brew-style daily newsletter that writes itself with AI (now at 10,000+ daily readers) (and I’m nuts for open-sourcing it) The AI system behind @therecapai clones how a human writer would function, but each step is packaged into an agentic workstream. The full automation handles: → Daily scrapping hundreds of reddit threads, hackernews, twitter posts, Google news API to build a massive data lake of 'daily AI news' → Dozens of custom prompts to pull the top daily stories from this data lake, write short breakdowns, & format the newsletter → Builds custom images based on each story with ChatGPT image generator This was 5 MONTHS of iterating and fine-tuning prompts to get the output and content to an extremely high quality state (no AI slop) and call me crazy, but I'm giving it away for free. I'll DM you the full n8n template that you can copy/paste and fine-tune to your use-case as well as a full hour long video breakdown explaining the build. Just Like & RT, follow me, and comment on this thread "NEWSLETTER" (must be following so I can dm you) Also you can see the actual contents of the newsletter for yourself with the link below, proof of the quality that is possible with AI. RIP legacy media companies 💀 AI is here.

@parth_desai48 How do you engage patients (and payors) on chronic risk management before it becomes chronic disease (e.g. cardiovascular disease prevention)?

Moderating a panel on how chronic conditions can be better managed with virtual care in a couple of weeks alongside diabetes care, kidney care, MSK care and specialty virtual care leaders. What questions should I ask our panelists!?

@VibeBio Depends on the disease of interest - some work well with mouse models, others require additional studies.

Drug Developers, we're trying to see something... How do you decide which pre-clinical models to use? Is a mouse study enough?🔬

@satyashreenivas @PatMcAfeeShow Seems more likely to be arrhythmic, especially since is still alive (albeit in critical condition). Vascular injury leading to sudden collapse is unlikely to be survivable without rapid (immediate) intervention.

@PatMcAfeeShow That’s a vascular injury. CPR wouldn’t be needed otherwise. Possible clavicle.rib fracture displaced and subsequent vascular injury. Not good.

somewhere along the way, we found ourselves with an uninspiring two-party system in healthcare: fee-for-service vs. fee-for-value i'm interested in moving the conversation forward. would folks be interested in joining a debate/discussion on alternatives to value-based care?

To commemorate my upcoming half century, just did my first Half Ironman. Learned a lot about #commitment, #health, and #life on this journey. Fortunate on so many levels to be able to do this. My way of trying to #practicewhatIpreach

@AlexChaitoff @DrKate_Miller Is there any app that increases the amount of time a doc spends looking at a patient instead of a computer? Serious question!

Sometimes I wonder how much better off patients would be if the 29 billion dollars that went to digital health startups in 2021 went to primary care physicians instead. Like...we know how to improve health. Recruit more PCPs and pay them well. No app required.

@morgancheatham @cxldworld Depends on the trial, condition, and endpoints. Most trials won’t include someone with a life expectancy less than the duration of the trial + follow-up, especially if it’s looking at outcomes that include mortality.

if a patient is on or moving to hospice, can they participate in a clinical trial? arguably the treatment would not be deemed curative while under an investigative study?
