You stand a better chance of hearing low frequencies in a natural world—rumble of an engine, thunder, etc; than any speaker’s ability to produce them… much less an iPhone. The stated freq curve cuts out at like 250. Same for high freq. no dice. That said…I’ve been in audio my whole life… I don’t know anyone who can hear above 12k or below 40. Maybe a new born baby or a dog? Get that new born baby to mix your record though… not sure how that would work.

Human ears nominally perceive sounds in the range of 16 to 20,000 Hz. But both the upper and lower limits of this range tend to decrease with age. What's the lowest and highest frequency you can hear in this sampling?
